Day in the life

We work using a Scale Agile approach – focusing on the big picture first and refining as we validate what is needed. Depending on the nature of the project, we can get fully involved in the scoping and definition or support from a technical perspective. A typical project will involve:

Define

This stage focuses on understanding your goals, defining high-level requirements, and identifying the right solution and approach. We'll build out a plan and estimate the time and resources needed to deliver it.

Typical deliverables include:
An agreed high-level scope, wireframes, user journeys, user research and testing, a prioritised list of high-level features, a project plan, resourcing details, and a detailed investment breakdown for project delivery.

Develop

Once we’ve agreed on the scope, we’ll refine the requirements from the backlog into clearly defined user stories and begin developing the solution, testing continuously as we go.

Typical deliverables include:
Detailed designs and wireframes, user stories with acceptance criteria, test plans, show-and-tell sessions, and release notes.

Test

Once we’ve delivered the solution, we’ll test it against our test plans, ensuring everything still works as expected and that the new features perform reliably.

Typical deliverables include:
Internal quality assurance, feature testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.

Warranty

After go-live, we provide a warranty period with hypercare support, ensuring we’re on hand to assist should any issues arise. Depending on the size of the release, this typically lasts between 1 and 4 weeks.

Typical deliverables include:
Regular check-ins and issue resolution.

Handover

Once live, we’ll begin the process of handing over the project to support, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities. We’ll also run a lessons learned session to reflect and improve.

Support documentation, handover calls with other partners, lessons learned, and project closure.
