Partnering with Digital Wonderlab, GWCU embarked on a comprehensive digital overhaul, replacing outdated systems with a modern, user-centric platform. This strategic shift led to a 27% increase in loan applications, a 71% reduction in customer actions required to complete applications, and a streamlined processing time, from nine days down to just one.
