Stratigens was created in 2019 by market data provider Talent Intuition to revolutionise the way we grow businesses using data; and we have been the startup’s technology partner since inception.
Having the right talent in your business is key to your competitive advantage yet finding the right people to elevate your business is not easy. Getting the right people, when and where you need them takes considerable time and investment. The purpose of Stratigens is to source the talent you need to grow your business quickly using big data and talent analytics.

Talent analytics is changing the way that business leaders make decisions by combining and presenting credible data from almost 32,000 data sources. Talent research is big business. A lot of time and investment goes into producing reports, so an automated app that provides essential HR information quickly is a sizeable step forward.
Stratigens is now a force to be reckoned with in the talent intelligence space, “Top 200 Female Powered Business” CEO, Alison Etteridge, and the team are changing the way we build high performing, diverse teams around the globe.
Multiple possibilities lie ahead for Stratigens. As a smart tool it can not only advise, but also predict future talent movements while playing a crucial role in accelerating diversity. We continue to work with the team as a long-term development partner, to enable their plans and ambitions as an invested shareholder and leading technology resource.
Talent Intuition wanted to create a digital solution as smart and intelligent as the idea. A tailor-made analytics platform, targeted at global corporations to meet their talent challenge head on.
Finding the information was the first challenge. Now we like a challenge, however continually collating unbiased information from thousands of data points worldwide was no mean feat. Historically, research is conducted by various types of consultancy practices who directly support businesses, by collating large amounts of information, to make informed decisions. This could take days, weeks and even months. A time consuming and costly exercise! We were trying to generate the same information in a matter of seconds.
As well as finding the information, we needed to consider the user experience (UX). For example, how will the data be classified, searched and delivered in a way that delights the user. We not only needed to make the research query possible to answer in six seconds, a task relying not only on web performance, but we also needed to make it visually engaging at the same time.
Taking a truly collaborative approach, we carefully mapped out the user experience (UX) to make sure that the Stratigens platform was easily accessible for all, and fit for future development.
Together we explored the anticipated business outcomes and mapped the typical journey people would take using the platform to get the information they needed. As are result, we needed to create a solution to support commercial decision-making by offering user-friendly access to complex analytics; or as you might be familiar, Big Data.
The speed of Stratigens’s growth meant Talent Intuition needed an intelligent and professional website to showcase and support their new product’s growth. Talent Intuition now required the capability to run effective and measurable marketing campaigns in order to grow further, and for a CRM system to be seamlessly integrated within its website.

The tech behind the application
As well as branding and building the platform using cutting edge web technologies (including Python), we created three websites to support different aspects of the business.
We developed a new website for Stratigens around a lead-nurture model; the site’s primary focus was to convert inbound leads, with a SaS website build that centred around strong and trackable “calls to action”. Content plays a powerful role for Stratigens in demonstrating the user benefits, the site fully demonstrates the wide product offering and incredible capabilities, with clear and optimised messaging throughout.
Hubspot CRM was identified as the obvious choice for Stratigens, given its single-minded focus and established reputation for lead nurturing, tracking and personalisation. With lead capturing forms set up to send lead magnets and offer incentives to visitors. The main aim of building the CRM into the new website was to allow Stratigens to create marketing campaigns and landing pages that integrate all marketing activities seamlessly: this is now delivering more qualified leads and opportunities for Stratigens to nurture user journeys.
