Will there be downtime?
We upgrade in a staging environment and schedule releases to avoid downtime wherever possible.
How long does an upgrade take?
Simple sites: 1–2 weeks. Complex/multisite or heavily integrated builds: we run a short upgrade audit to confirm timelines.
What happens to my content and media?
Everything is migrated and verified - content, media, users, languages, and URLs. We keep redirects and SEO signals intact.
We use custom code and packages (e.g. Forms, custom data types). Is that a problem?
We review your packages and custom code, replace deprecated APIs, and test editors’ workflows. We’ll propose alternatives if a package isn’t compatible.
Can you move us to Umbraco Cloud at the same time?
Yes. We can migrate to Umbraco Cloud and enable auto-patching and Deploy for smoother future updates.
