Digital Wonderlab is a finalist for Mobile Project of the Year in the 2025 Digital Technology Leaders Awards!
The Digital Tech Leaders Awards, organised by Computing Magazine, is one of the oldest and most competitive technology competitions in the UK. Other 2025 finalists include Jaguar Land Rover, Nationwide, AXA, and KPMG. Fellow finalists in the Mobile Project of the Year category include Cynergy Bank, Simpro Group, and Vodaphone UK.
The Digital Wonderlab entry was for one of its biggest projects to date: designing a complex mobile application that is fully functional offline, can seamlessly synch large amounts of data when online, and interacts with an unconventional database back end.
The application built by Digital Wonderlab is the capstone of a digital transformation project in an industry which has long resisted any attempt to implement advanced digital tools. The project is so revolutionary, and so valuable to the client, Digital Wonderlab is not even allowed to say in public who the app was built for or what exactly it does!
Reacting to the news that Digital Wonderlab had been named a finalist, CEO Baranowski said, “We worked very hard on this project for several years and the team had to overcome some significant challenges. I’m thrilled to learn that effort has been recognised, especially by one of the biggest tech awards in the country. We are up against some very stiff competition to win, but I’m feeling hopeful!”
The winner of the Mobile Project of the Year award will be announced on Thursday 3 July at Merchant Taylors' Hall in central London.
