Digital Wonderlab is supporting Hospice UK’s 2026 Technology Maturity Survey as part of our ongoing work with hospice organisations and our commitment to helping the sector make confident, informed technology decisions over time.
The survey will give the sector something it often lacks: a clearer shared picture of how technology is being used, where pressure is building, and where investment may be needed next.
For many hospices, technology now supports day to day operations, security, workforce planning and longer term decision making. At the same time, teams are managing tight budgets, limited capacity and rising demand.
That makes reliable sector-wide insight especially valuable.
The findings will help hospices benchmark their current position, identify priorities for development and contribute to a broader understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing hospice leaders. They should also help shape future guidance, resources and sector discussion.
We encourage Hospice UK members to take part and gain a clearer understanding of their organisation's current digital maturity. Participants will receive tailored benchmarking insights, helping them identify strengths, uncover opportunities for improvement, and make more informed decisions about their digital evolution journey.
